We are delighted that you are pursuing enrollment of your child[ren] at Holy Cross Lutheran School. We believe that we provide high-quality Christian education for each of our students.

Holy Cross Lutheran School is a Christian School.

What does that mean?

We teach and believe that Jesus is the true Son of God and this world’s only Savior from sin. We rejoice with all who believe that they are saved eternally by faith alone in Jesus as their Savior.

We seek to love others as Jesus did and to share His Gospel with all who wish to hear it.

We seek to follow God’s Word both in our doctrine [teaching] and in our lives.

Holy Cross Lutheran School is a confessional Lutheran school as part of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod [ELS].

What does this mean? 

We believe that the entire Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant Word.

Our convictions as to what is true and what is false are based completely on God’s Word.

We believe that God works through His Gospel in Word and Sacrament to create and strengthen faith.

While we rejoice that other denominations teach the message of the true Savior, we recognize that they may also include teachings that are contrary to Scripture.

We reject the use of human reason or tradition in establishing doctrine.

We rejoice in our doctrinal unity and fellowship with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.

What are other characteristics of Holy Cross Lutheran School?

We are not just "another private school." We are a parochial school connected to Holy Cross Lutheran Church. As such, God’s Word is a vital part of all of our instruction as we pursue academic excellence.

We are not an ecumenical Christian school where what you believe doesn’t matter. In all of our religion classes students are instructed according to the doctrines and teachings of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

 Enrollment Procedure
After completing the online application below for enrollment, the principal will schedule a tour of our school and an interview with the parent/guardians and the student[s].

Complete copies of all academic and behavioral records need to be forwarded to Holy Cross Lutheran School at this point before enrollment is considered.

All new enrollment is probationary in nature for the period of one semester.

The School Board of Holy Cross Lutheran School makes the final decision regarding enrollment.

All students enrolling at Holy Cross Lutheran School must fill out a registration form and show evidence of meeting the Wisconsin state immunization requirements.

• Follow the policies and guidelines as presented in our school’s Policy and Procedure Handbook.
• Make timely tuition payments on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
• Support our school and its staff.
