Fine Arts Fair went well. Student Awards are hanging in the Display Case outside Tim’s office. The Big Event on May 1st will be a Talent Show. Parents and students are invited to participate. Acts will need to be pre-approved Early registration for next school year begins April 1st .Treasurers Report

Spirit Wear
Kathy Thompson was unhappy with the some of shirts received. She is looking into new vendors for next year. Cindy Natvig will get the name of the vendor that Lakeside uses to Kathy.

Fundraising
Trivia Night Recap: We netted over $900 after expenses. This money will be used toward purchasing playground equipment at our new location. There was a decent turnout including a team of Holy Cross students. We are still waiting to hear from Thrivent on whether or not they will match our events proceeds.

Promotional
An ad for Easter Worship services was purchased in the Wisconsin State Journal. Also, leftover postcards were sent to all those on the Pastors’ Prospect list about the services.
Evangelism is securing the permit for Holy Cross to participate in the Memorial Day Parade in Monona. We discussed a possible conflict if the Junior Choir is requested to sing at the State Capitol. Cindy will find out times of the events.
Sheree Godwin informed us that in exchange for Holy Cross letting her Food Allergy group use our facility, they will provide us with space on their newsletter that goes out. We have also been invited to have a booth again at the Allergy Fun Run in Warner Park on August 8th.
3 Students were finalists in the Patriots’ Pen Contest. They will be recognized following first service on Sunday, April 5th.
Scrip
Teresa and Katie are talking over dividing up some of the duties. They will need to communicate with Stewart McElroy to determine if he would be willing to take over the bookkeeping/checkbook aspect.
Social Events
Coffee Hour on March 15th went well. Thank you to all who helped out or donated goodies. Kathy suggested that next year, we go back to having a tear-off sheet in the News for You as opposed to a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board.
The Big Event will be held in the Gym. It was suggested that we try serving popcorn and pretzels and lemonade. Nedra Griffin will look into the possibility of renting round tables for the event. We will need to talk with Booster Club about the possibility of using their Popcorn machine.
Recognition Night is Tuesday, May 19th, at 6:30pm. Ice Cream Sundaes will be served again.
Teacher Appreciation
Teacher Appreciation Week is the first week in May. Suzi has been gathering many prizes for use with some games she is coming up with for the week.
She requested help for making Thank You cards, Kathy Thompson and Sherri Bartels volunteered.
Yearbook
Pages are getting completed/.
Suzi Radtke asked for 4 pages to be used for Teacher Memories which she will be gathering from the students during Teacher Appreciation Week.
Next Meeting to be Tuesday, April 28th at 6:30 p.m. Suzi Radtke has a conflict that evening so Kathy Thompson agreed to lead the meeting in her absence.
