Principals Report:
Discussed developing a cleaning list/schedule with the teachers to be brought to next meeting.

Asked for some feedback on the idea of uniforms, with the possibility of starting with having the school children where Holy Cross polo shirts on Chapel days. This will have to go through the School Board.

Treasurers Report
Individual subcommittees were asked to estimate their projected costs for their various projects this school year and submit them at the next meeting.

New Business/OId Business Updates

Koats for Kids was discussed. We have done this before, though not last year. We voted to do it again during the month of September. Boxes will be placed under the coat racks in the narthex to collect gently used winter coats. Suzi will store them until the deadline for bringing them to Klinke Cleaners. Kathy Thompson volunteered to bring them there. Suzi will get info to Tim Schubkegel for inclusion in the News for You. Katie Tweit will get information to Linda Martin to include in the Sunday bulletin.

First Aid Training discussed the possibility of having the Red Cross come into the school to teach the school children some basic first aid. Suzi is waiting for a callback on costs of the program. Will table until next meeting.

Back to School Night will include Bucky Badger. He will be here from 6 to 6:30p.m. in the gym. Cindy has contacted 4 senior youth to stay in the gym with the kids while the parents attend the info session in the sanctuary. The parents will then go to the classrooms for any discussion or handouts from the teachers. PTO members were reminded to provide 2 dozen cookies or bars to be served to the children in the cafeteria. Kathy will make sure lemonade is available. The Bucky Books we won will be available for purchase (Sherri and Cindy will sell them), Bucky will sign them if you want him to. Family handbooks will be handed out, Diane Krszjzaniek volunteered to sit at the table to help parents find their copy.

Spirit Wear order was shipped on Monday, August 25th. Once it is here we can discuss how we want to go about with selling the various items.
